Maxus Technology (“Maxus”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through maxustechnology.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect only the information needed to respond to you and to run our website and services.

When you use our contact form, subscribe to our newsletter or email us, we receive details such as your name, company, business email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and the content of your message. If you send a résumé or CV to our careers address, we receive the information it contains.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies to keep the site working, to understand how visitors use it and to measure the performance of our marketing. See “Cookies” below.

- Clients, in the case of candidates, where the candidate has agreed to be considered for a role.
- Authorities or advisers, where required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Maxus, our clients or others.
- A successor business, if Maxus is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use essential cookies that make the site function, and analytics and advertising cookies that help us understand traffic and measure campaigns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work properly if you do. You can also opt out of Google Analytics by using Google’s browser add-on.
5. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Enquiry records are generally kept for up to three years after our last contact. Candidate information is kept for up to two years unless you ask us to remove it sooner. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing email. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter using the link in the message. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, such as knowing the categories of information collected, requesting a copy, and not being discriminated against for exercising your rights. 8. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party websites
Our site may link to websites we do not operate, such as LinkedIn or Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
